Wonderful Stay!

The staff provided umbrellas when it rained. I also borrowed bikes from them. The towels in the bathroom were large. I found the bed very comfortable. I was able to get a shuttle to the cruise pier for $10, a great value.

The room felt a bit old. The hotel was renovating the communal patio area. I wish I had known about the parade that day when I called about parking. I managed to find parking, but advance notice would have been helpful.

excellent experience room setup helpful staff free bikes

the experience is consistently excellent. everything is as expected (i especially like the room setup). the staff was helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. i appreciate that i could use the bikes for free. This made traveling around the area convenient.

the lack of an on-site coffee shop was a minor inconvenience. i had to go next door for my morning coffee.

Excellent stay!

helpful staff close location

the staff was very accommodating and friendly. they helped us with acquiring shuttle service. it is super close to food options (i especially liked the gluten free biscuits next door!).

the rooms were smaller than other hotels for the money paid. sound carried from the courtyard to the rooms. i think they could improve soundproofing.
